Weekends made wonderful
A new place for the children to run about. A good meal to share. Avon loved bringing the family out, treating us generously, and making ordinary weekends feel special.
Our beloved sister, Di Kor, Mummy,
aunt, godmother, and friend.
Always smiling.
Always bringing us together.

The people we grow up with. Some people bring a little sunshine wherever they go. Avon was one of them. Jovial, chirpy, and always ready with a smile, she had a way of making the world feel a little lighter.
To her siblings, she was a beloved sister. To her nieces and nephews, she was Di Kor—our second aunt. To the son she embraced as her own, she was Mummy. To all of us, she was the heart of our family: the one who listened, the one who cared, the one who held us together.
When she spoke, it came from a place of love. And when we were with her, we felt it.
She had a way of making everythingHOW OUR FAMILY REMEMBERS HER
feel like it was going to be alright.
The celebrations, the ordinary days,
and all the moments in between.

For 30 years, Goodlink Shipping Services was an important part of her world. As General Manager, she oversaw daily operations and built close relationships with her boss and colleagues—friendships woven into her life.
She enjoyed music, fun movies, and being with the people she loved. Even in her final moments, she wanted to spare us worry, reassuring us that she was fine. We wish we could have cared for her longer.
